An icky moment in time became my greatest moment.
Two weeks after that Sunday I had booked myself in with the doctor, got a mental health plan, booked a psychologist, a kinesiologist and hypnotherapist. I was doing everything! I needed help stat and I’m not one to brush my S#!t under the rug. Let’s face it and deal with it has always been a mantra of mine.

Well, let me shed a bit of light on this after recently being asked over why I call the PHB Lifestyle a 'Low Tox' lifestyle. The simple fact is.......you cannot be toxin free. I don't care what that hippified greenie may tell you (and I've been there), it is impossible.
