SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

We ship to all destinations within Australia via the Australia Post network. This means that your package will always be able to be tracked. Contact us on +61 433 449 130 and we will happily organise a tracking number for you.

At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 433 449 130 or EMAIL US (info@purehomebody.com.au) to enquire about a special order.

Delivery timeframe
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Pure Home Body does not ship on West Australian or Australian Public Holidays

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Pure Home Body is committed to providing you with the best quality product. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.  If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website.

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please EMAIL US (info@purehomebody.com.au) within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and include a brief description of your order, and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorization.

Any items for return must be received in the original condition they were sent; i.e. unopened boxes, labelling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition to

Returns are to be received by Pure Home Body within 14 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment
