LOW TOX VS NO TOX or is it really
SIMPLE VS COMPLICATED
Does the whole toxin free revolution drive you to confusion?
Well, let me shed a bit of light on this after recently being asked over why I call the PHB Lifestyle a 'Low Tox' lifestyle. The simple fact is.......you cannot be toxin free. I don't care what that hippified greenie may tell you (and I've been there), it is impossible.
Now that you have a few spare moments to breathe and reflect a little, you will never find a better time to make your home your health sanctuary. Especially since we are all doing our best to #stayhome and #savelives
Detoxing your home is the first step to creating your sanctuary and only requires simple, small changes to habits that we do every day.
So, my advice is like anything. We can’t be fearful.
But to air on the side of caution.
So to do so, I have 3 key things that I make my kids do everyday and they are very simple steps you can take to help reduce your family’s exposure. This has been a concern that many have, with worry that their kids could infect grandparents and other family members who are not well or suffering a medical condition.
I'd hate to open this blog with the same old cliché line of ‘it’s been a while’.Yes, it has indeed. But I’m over the typical thing you would expect to hear from me.If you didn’t notice, I usually close Pure Home Body with an end of year sign off email………I didn’t do that.
I usually have a boxing day sale…….I didn’t do that
I generally have a ‘New Year New You’ type campaign as we hit January and a welcome back email……buuuuuttttt, I didn’t do those either.Instead, what you got was radio silence until March.
I am constantly asked about my opinion on Sunscreens. It’s a common product that many react to especially children. Fortunately, we live in beautiful sunny Australia that unfortunately has a hole in the ozone layer over it. Which means we need to uber careful about protecting ourselves even on overcast cooler days. Here are my best natural sunscreens.
Cleaning with natural products may seem daunting
initially however, once you have grasped the notion of healthy cleaning and
realise its health benefits you wont turn back!
When patients walk into the Pharmacy with a freshly diagnosed disease, they ultimately are given a choice. The choice to continue down their current path, where homeostasis has been overridden and they can hope for the best. Or, they can choose to change. But change, my friends, is not easy. And I’d be the first one putting my hand up claiming I failed. No matter what disease or illness, there is a level of perception and choice. If you could have help finding the right pathway for your health wouldn't it be easier? See how I am discovering mine and my families.
